SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.

 

Domestic shipping: Standard shipping within the South Africa typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options, such as 2-day or overnight shipping, are available for an additional cost.

International shipping: International shipping times will vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

 

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and manuals.

 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange in your message. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, but once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive an order that you wish to cancel, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
